HR Compliance Coordinator – Holyoke, MA

 

This job opening is with one of our clients, a state run healthcare facility located in Holyoke supporting a veteran population.

Responsibilities:

 

- Support the HR Liaison and compliance officer in managing confidential testing results and compliance information

- Help track and report CMS regulatory requirements;

- Communicate with all staff in a respectful, confidential and supportive way regarding issues related to employee health

- Maintain employee records and provides reports using excel, access and/or other databases; submits reports to executive leadership for review.

 

Requirements:

 

- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR related role

- Prior experience working in healthcare is preferred

- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

- Confident decision-making abilities
