Job Description

We are looking to hire an ambitious HR professional looking to take their career to the next level. Previous recruiting coordinators in other offices have been promoted in recruiter, and recruiting manager roles leaving a track-record of development and promotion.

This individual will join our world-class HR Team so we are looking for someone who has an interest in Human Resources and is eager to learn our business. This person will have the opportunity to work with our global HR teams and get exposure to all aspects of an organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by working directly with candidates and colleagues .
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking system / candidate database
  • Generate and process confidential documents, and distribute and collect employment applications and other documentation
  • Manage initiation of background checks for new hires
  • Support the HR team in the planning and execution of HR focused events such as open houses, meet ups, campus career fairs, and presence at industry events
  • Assist with additional ad hoc projects such as updating social media pages, blog posts, and running weekly and monthly reports for HR leadership


Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of prior experience in a human resources role in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (scheduling and email), Word (drafting letters, editing documents), Excel (sorting information, templates, formatting, basic formulas) and PowerPoint (editing slides) .
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow up
  • Customer service mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
