Inbound Call Center Associate (1pm – 9pm shift)
We are looking for candidates who are looking to start ASAP at a large nursing home located in Chelsea, MA. Paid training is also provided in the beginning stage of the role. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build their resume or gain customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a heavy phone use setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from health insurance participants and assisting with any questions regarding their plan
- Look up dial out and other information using the company switchboard
- Escalating any calls to the supervisor level if necessary
- Routing any emergency calls to the appropriate party
Qualifications:
- Proof of education: HS diploma/GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6+ months experience working in a call center environment
- Any experience working in a healthcare call center is a plus
- Recent experience using Microsoft Windows programs
- Strong phone etiquette and listening skills
