Recruiting Operations Manager
The Recruiting Operations Manager role is a newly created position reporting to one of our most tenured Directors. This role will be leading the team that is supporting one of our largest and longest standing clients. This person will manage the team that is responsible for recruiting on the positions with that client and creating innovative approaches to how we do that. PSG is at an exciting team where we are growing and heavily investing in new systems and technology to continue to deliver excellent service and results to our clients.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
- Daily management of open client job requisitions
- Strategic partnership with hiring managers and executive team
- Development of recruitment strategies and communication for processes and initiatives
- Full-cycle recruiting for all roles including executive level, information technology, and sales
- Management of vendor relationships including recruitment firms and marketing agencies
- Strategic planning for recruiting forecasting
Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years of general business experience
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Superior communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- A high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Bachelor’s Degree required
