Senior HR Reporting Analyst
This job opening is with one of our client, an international wealth management company with over 90 years of history who is headquartered in downtown Boston.
*This role will be remote until at least January 2021 however candidates should be available to work in the Boston HQ once the company has determined it is safe to resume office activities*
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. HR Reporting Analyst to join the HR Data Management & Analytics (HR DMA) team. The HR DMA team provides global support to all HR functions, tasks, and procedures. This role reports to the Director, HR Data Management & Analytics. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of Workday HCM reporting. If you are interested – please apply to this posting with your resume as soon as possible.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and execute reports to measure data integrity and QA’ing appropriate processes
- Report out key metrics to help with business initiatives
- Manage Workday enhancement requirements where reporting fields/metrics are involved
- Collaborate closely with our global internal HR teams as well as managers on data analytics
- Respond to RFP client requests with tight turnaround time often required
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role or similar position
- Strong proficiency with Workday
- Any experience with Tableau or PRISM is a plus
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills; there will collaboration with Sr. Management
- Must have acute attention to detail dealing around reporting and analytics
- Confident decision-making abilities
