Professional Staffing Group is the largest Boston based staffing firm and we are currently looking to add a Staffing Manager to our team.  This individual will play a pivotal role on our Major Accounts division. The Staffing Manager will help manage and grow our largest client relationships in addition to coaching candidates and hiring managers through the interview process. This team placed over 400 people into jobs in the US and worldwide in 2017 and that number will go up in 2018, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with growing accounts while also improving the lives of others.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of client relationship which includes booking meetings to visit hiring managers, assessing hiring needs, and ensuring compliance with our contract
  • Generate new business within existing relationships
  • Coach and advise clients and candidates on the interview process
  • Daily troubleshooting, problem solving, and client consultation



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Interest in personal growth and development as business professional
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
